All's well that ends well

The Xbox problem turned out to be the unit itself, and we were able to exchange it for a new one instead of having to wait weeks for a repair.

One of the things we noticed when we fired up the new one, aside from the plug fitting much more securely, was that the new one was much quieter! So everyone had a chance to at least begin to check out their games. I have The Last Remnant, so far so good, although I really wish that I could see a game with a big battle scene that didn't look like a cross between Clone Wars and LOTR...

There's even a being who looks (Ben, I could have lived without that mental image) like the love child of Kermit the Frog and Jar-Jar Binks:

So far, all of the characters have been fully clothed, which in and of itself is rather surprising given that it's Square-Enix...

More as I progress further through the game. I leave you with this picture of Charcoal, who apparently intends to be a part of the Xbox Experience.
