Hmm. That's a new twist on the dental grooves. I remember reading a while back that someone was using those teeth to support a theory of neanderthal textile-making- apparently, the grooves correspond to modern hunter-gatherer weaving methods. If you're interested, I can send some of the information. I saved it, because I might do evidence for textile manufacture in my term paper for anth this fall.
